For companies who value the power of customer service, they invest on training! If you belong to this type of company or organizations, then boy you're in luck! Not only you will learn a lot but they will keep their employees up-to-date and motivated to satisfy their customer and for you to receive their feedback. Why? It's for the company's improvement and for the executives, this is an integral part of the overall success.
